5. Payment & Billing

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at Artisan Technologies’ discretion.

Any custom code, designs, or automation logic created for clients remains the intellectual property of Artisan Technologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
